Based from the UK Head office 7 Minutes drive from where the M40 Meets the M25 ON junction 16 close to Denham best described as Buckinghamshire – West London Region. This is an interesting and challenging role that will need a people focused HSE / Training Manager.

Reporting into the Corporate Safety Manager your time will be spread across the Head Office & Projects so you must be open to travel as and when needed.

As the QHSE Training Manager your role will be focused on educating, guiding and upskilling the current workforce whilst managing and creating new training initiatives to be rolled out across Sectors & Countries to hit business initiatives. This could be managing a piece on temporary works across to hazardous substances be that in the office, project or MS teams presentations.

Qualifications

• Level 3 award in Education & Training
• IOSH
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate & Diploma
• Internal Auditor – 9001, 14001& 45001
• Professional status
• Robust vocational qualifications and experience that demonstrate success in Construction in a similar career path and training capacity

Client wishes

• Someone with a proactive, can do attitude, client facing , confident and likes working with people
• Valid UK driving License
• Valid Passport so able to make international travel work when needed
• Proven experience in Quality , Health , Safety and environmental training with a focus on Construction related projects (Buildings)
• Prior experience of CITB Grant system
• Experienced in designing and implementing behavioral, cultural and safety training programs
• Highly organized , focused & IT Competent

Package

• Salary range of £67-70,000
• Car allowance up to 12% of annual Basic Salary
• Business related expenses booked and paid for be that train, plane, meal or hotel
• Annual Bonus & Pay Review
