The role involves managing training initiatives to enhance workforce skills, which includes strategic planning and mentoring. Based from the UK Head office 7 Minutes drive from where the M40 Meets the M25 ON junction 16 close to Denham best described as Buckinghamshire – West London Region. This is an interesting and challenging role that will need a people focused HSE / Training Manager.
Reporting into the Corporate Safety Manager your time will be spread across the Head Office & Projects so you must be open to travel as and when needed.
As the QHSE Training Manager your role will be focused on educating, guiding and upskilling the current workforce whilst managing and creating new training initiatives to be rolled out across Sectors & Countries to hit business initiatives. This could be managing a piece on temporary works across to hazardous substances be that in the office, project or MS teams presentations.
