Job summary

Exponential-e is seeking a QHSE-focused professional to oversee site-based QHSE systems and procedures across varied projects. You will prepare essential QHSE documentation for each project phase and ensure compliance with CDM regulations, delivering site visits, sign-offs, and safety briefings to staff and management.

You will drive continual improvement of Safe Systems of Work through measurement and review of site practices, contributing to safer operations and regulatory alignment across

Qualifications

• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification required.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and site QHSE operations.
• Experience in site surveys, risk assessments, and writing risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Site-based QHSE systems and procedures.
• Prepare QHSE documents for each project phase.
• Ensure understanding of scope, deliverables and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and client sign-off approvals.
• Deliver on-site safety briefings and toolbox talks, with updates to management.
• Improve Safe System of Works through monitoring and review of methods.
