Job summary

Vysiion Limited is seeking a proactive QHSE site specialist to lead the management of QHSE systems on site and ensure compliance across project phases. You will prepare essential QHSE documentation, facilitate client sign‑offs, and coordinate safety briefings for site and office staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of CDM regulations, conducting risk assessments, and a thorough understanding of Principal Contractor/CDM Coordinator responsibilities to drive continual improvement in safety

Qualifications

• Health & Safety – NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and site QHSE operations.
• Experience in site surveys, risk assessments, and writing risk assessments.
• Clear understanding of CDM roles (Principal Contractor/CDM Coordinator).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site based QHSE systems and procedures.
• Prepare QHSEdocuments for each project phase.
• Ensure understanding of project scope, deliverables and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to secure client sign‑off and approvals.
• Deliver on site safety briefings (toolbox talks) to staff and report to management.
• Monitor and improve Safe System of Work through method reviews and practice.

Job description

• Responsibility for site based QHSE systems and procedures.
• Responsible for preparing the QHSE documents needed to deliver, control and manage each phase of projects
• Ensure understanding of the scope, deliverables and demands of the project together with any industry and regulatory compliance
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure document sign off and approval from client
• On site safety briefings, including toolbox talks, to site and office staff together with providing updates to management
• Ensure adherence and continual improvement of Safe system of Works through monitoring/measurement/review of operational working methods and practice

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Health & Safety – NEBOSH/IOSH qualification
• An understanding of and conversant with CDM Regulations, and site QHSE operations
• Experience in site survey, assessment of, and writing of risk assessments
• A thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities within CDM, working as a Principal Contractor/ CDM Coordinator
