Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental management across our operations in the UK. You will be the subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, industry standards, and company requirements while driving a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

You will oversee HSE strategies, policies, audits, and environmental initiatives, reporting to the leadership team and supporting managers and employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Degree or NEBOSH Diploma required with professional certification.
• Experience leading HSE in manufacturing, engineering, or offshore wind sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO 14001/45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Promote proactive safety culture and ensure HSE is a priority across activities.
• Provide expert guidance on HSE matters to managers and staff.
• Oversee audits, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
