Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer for a hands-on, on-site role focused on Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental duties. You will work with the QHSE Director to implement risk assessments, incident investigations, toolbox talks and corrective actions across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent and has practical exposure to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 or supplier audits in manufacturing, warehousing or distribution

Qualifications

• H&S qualification, ideally NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Experience with risk assessments in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100 or supplier auditing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Health & Safety support across the business, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits, quality management systems, non-conformances, and environmental compliance.

Job description

This role suits an experienced QHSE Engineer seeking a varied, hands-on position covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental responsibilities.

Working closely with the QHSE Director, you will provide practical Health & Safety support across the business, including risk assessments, incident investigations, toolbox talks, safety briefings and corrective actions. You will also support audits, quality management systems, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, supplier quality, and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Health & Safety qualification, ideally NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, along with practical experience in a manufacturing, electronics, warehousing, distribution or similar environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100 or supplier auditing would be beneficial.
