Correct Contract Services Limited is seeking a strategic leader to direct QHSE across construction, maintenance, retrofit and renewable activities in the UK. You will embed QHSE within business processes, drive risk management and assurance, and report on performance to senior leadership.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum, strong leadership skills, and experience managing ISO 9001/14001 aligned systems. A proactive approach to continual improvement is essential.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and develop a QHSE team across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing QHSE policies, management systems and assurance arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and CDM responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for QHSE across the organisation, establishing controls and assurance.
• Identify and analyse QHSE risks and develop action plans and improvements.
• Promote proactive QHSE culture and accountability at all levels.
• Advise senior management and operational teams on QHSE matters.
• Lead and develop the QHSE team to meet business needs.
