Job summary

Correct Contract Services Ltd is seeking a senior QHSE leader to provide strategic direction across QHSE, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance and robust assurance. You will oversee risk management, drive improvements and collaborate with operational teams to embed QHSE in processes.

The role requires NEBOSH qualifications, strong knowledge of UK legislation, and proven leadership in managing ISO 9001/14001 and auditing programs.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM 2015.
• Experience managing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead QHSE strategy and governance across the organisation.
• Identify and analyse Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental risks and implement action plans.
• Promote a proactive QHSE culture and drive continual improvement across projects.
• Provide expert QHSE advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead the QHSE team and ensure competency and capacity to support the business.
