Job summary

Denholm Environmental, based in Grangemouth, seeks a meticulous QHSE Co-ordinator to promote a proactive safety culture and drive QHSE management system improvements.

You will support audits across the organisation, assist in risk assessments and method statements, and deliver inductions while liaising with workforce and management to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of QHSE standards and legislation.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QHSE Manager in promoting a safe, healthy and compliant workplace.
• Assist in site audits with General & Ops Managers.
• Create Risk Assessments and Method Statements with Operations.
• Carry out H&S inductions for staff.
• Compile monthly H&S statistics.
• Raise QHSE awareness through Toolbox Talks and briefings.
• Monitor QHSE performance and coordinate inspection tours and audits.
• Support ISO compliance and incident investigations.
• Create safety alerts from incidents and lessons learned.
• Assist supplier/customer assessments and internal audits.
