Job summary

Ashtead Technology is looking for a QHSE Coordinator to join our team in Turriff. You will support the QHSE function to maintain quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the business.

You will coordinate audits, maintain QHSE documentation, and assist with training and communications to offshore personnel, aiming to drive continuous improvement and safer operations across our global subsea equipment rental and support services.

Qualifications

• Administrative / Coordinator experience in a similar role.
• Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
• Self-motivated, flexible, organised and able to work on own initiative.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Promote continuous improvement in QHSE practices and maintain/update QHSE documentation (policies, procedures, records).
• Assist with preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections.
• Support delivery of HSE training topics to workshop and offshore personnel regularly.
• Assist with production, distribution and filing of safety alerts.
• Coordinate the company lessons learned system and track actions.
• Assist with implementing the QHSE competency system across all teams.
• Contribute to proactive emergency response initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate QHSE matters effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the wider QHSE team
