Qualifications

• Administrative / Coordinator experience in a similar role.
• QHSE certification (NEBOSH/IOSH) advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate QHSE documentation, policies, procedures, and records.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections.
• Deliver HSE-focused training to workshop and offshore personnel.
• Produce and manage safety alerts and the lessons-learned system.
• Coordinate the QHSE competency system across teams.
• Contribute to proactive emergency response initiatives.
• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate QHSE matters.
• Provide administrative support to the wider QHSE team.
