Job summary

Ashtead Technology in Turriff is hiring a QHSE Coordinator to support our quality, health, safety and environmental programs across the business. You will coordinate QHSE activities, manage records, assist audits, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment on site.

The role suits someone professional, well organised and collaborative, with experience in administration and familiarity with QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Administrative or coordinator experience in a similar role.
• Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
• Self-motivated, flexible, organised and able to work on own initiative.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Promote continuous improvement in QHSE practices and maintain QHSE documentation (policies, procedures, records).
• Assist with preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections.
• Support delivery of HSE training to workshop and offshore personnel.
• Assist with safety alerts production, distribution and filing.
• Coordinate the company lessons learned system and track actions.
• Assist with implementing the QHSE competency system across teams.
• Contribute to proactive emergency response initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate QHSE matters.
• Provide administrative support to the wider QHSE team
