Job summary

SubSea Craft Limited is seeking an experienced QHSE leader to drive health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all sites. You will manage audits, certifications, and performance metrics to ensure top-tier safety and quality in our maritime technology operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of ISO9001/14001/45001 and NATO AQAPs, and the ability to collaborate with executive teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor trained.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NATO AQAPs.
• Experience building departmental capability and management frameworks.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong technical communication (written and verbal).
• Proactive, independent leader with high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic QHSE leadership to the Executive Team on health, safety, environmental, quality and regulatory matters.
• Maintain and improve ISO-based integrated management system for single certification.
• Plan and oversee internal and external audits for compliance and continual improvement.
• Ensure UK HSE and product regulations compliance, including RIDDOR and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, environment, and manufacturing effectiveness.
