Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Compliance Supervisor for a site in Capenhurst, Chester. The role is full-time and site-based, requiring strong Facilities Management and Health & Safety knowledge to manage compliance across the contract.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, training development, reporting, and coordination with account leadership to ensure SLAs are met. The role emphasizes governance of policies, risk assessments, and safety processes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
• Familiar with Permit to Work systems.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity and ensure compliance with policies and strategy through QHSE Management System Audit.
• Provide administrative guidance for the contract and team members on compliance.
• Manage all record keeping on compliance activities (L8, Loler, PSSR, Gas Safe, etc).
• Ensure business policies and processes are communicated and implemented within the contract.
• Assist in development and maintenance of training strategy including project delivery.
• Ensure agreed standards and SLAs are achieved by collaborating with account leadership.
• Compile and maintain reporting and performance monitoring, and use them to coach staff.
• Support effective business communication through advice, reviews, and leadership.
• Assist with reviews of Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Proactively manage client SHEP processes to ensure relevant controls are in place.
