Job summary

Mitie is seeking a hands-on QHSE Advisor to drive safety across telecoms projects and embed a positive safety culture. You will work closely with operational teams, clients and contractors to promote best practice and reduce risk.

The role is UK-wide with a preference for Midlands and North, requiring travel as needed. A NEBOSH qualification and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QHSE role, ideally within telecoms, construction, infrastructure, utilities, facilities management or another multi-site environment.
• A recognised QHSE qualification, such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, safe working practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

ROLE: QHSE Advisor

HOURS: 40hrs/week

LOCATION: UK Wide (Preferably someone from the Midlands and North)

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, safe working practices and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to coach, influence and engage others.
• Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
