Job summary

Lamond and Murray Dexis in Inverkeithing, Scotland, is seeking a QESH & Facilities Manager to lead quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management. You will ensure ISO compliance, lead audits, manage risk assessments and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders, taking a hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication to improve performance, reduce risk and create a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QESH, HSE, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems.
• Experience managing audits, compliance programmes, and corrective action processes.
• Proven experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing facilities, site services, contractors, and building compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management.
• Lead audits, risk assessments and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and investigate incidents.
• Develop robust management systems and drive performance improvements.
