Denholm Energy Services is seeking a meticulous QHSE Co-ordinator for the Invergordon facility. You will promote a positive safety culture, support QHSE management systems, objectives and KPIs, and ensure alignment with HS&E standards.

The role requires hands-on collaboration with workforce and management, driving continuous QHSE improvements to enhance safety, efficiency and profitability across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HS&E legislation and internal policies.
• Strong auditing and incident investigation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Assist in promoting a safe, healthy and compliant workplace across all levels.
• Assist in carrying out site audits with the General & Ops Managers.
• Assist in creating Risk Assessments and Method statements with Operations.
• Carry out H&S inductions for staff and contractors.
• Compile monthly H&S statistics and reports.
• Raise QHSE awareness through toolbox talks and safety briefings.
