Job summary

Lamond and Murray Dexis is seeking a QESH & Facilities Manager to oversee quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management at our Inverkeithing site. You will ensure ISO compliance, lead audits, and drive risk assessments while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll work with stakeholders at all levels to maintain regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and develop robust management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QESH, HSE or compliance teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Experience with audits, compliance programmes and CAPA processes.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and lead audits.
• Manage risk assessments and embed continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and drive corrective actions.

About the role:

As the QESH & Facilities Manager, you'll act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance, and facilities management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, leading audits, managing risk assessments, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.

Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to maintain regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and develop robust management systems. You’’ll have a hands‑on approach with strong leadership and communication skills, helping improve performance, reduce risk and create a safe efficient and sustainable working environment.

What we’re looking for in our QESH & Facilities Manager:

• Previous experience in a QESH, HSE, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems
• Experience managing audits, compliance programmes, and corrective action processes
• Proven experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Experience managing facilities, site services, contractors, and building compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
