Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

• Good IT literacy and experience using management systems.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Managing Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems in line with company and client requirements.
• Maintaining and developing the company's QMS.
• Ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance processes are effectively managed.
• Coordinating and overseeing skills development and training programmes across the operation.
• Planning and managing estate, building, infrastructure, and plant maintenance activities.
• Managing internal and external audit programmes.
• Overseeing contractor management and performance.
• Purchasing site consumables and supporting operational requirements.
• Maintaining compliance with LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, PAT Testing, Legionella Control, Asbestos Management and Fire Safety Regulations.
• Managing and maintaining site security systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
