Lamond and Murray Dexis in Inverkeithing, Scotland, is seeking a QESH & Facilities Manager to lead quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management. You will ensure ISO compliance, lead audits, manage risk assessments and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders, taking a hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication to improve performance, reduce risk and create a safe, efficient environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a QESH, HSE, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems.
• Experience managing audits, compliance programmes, and corrective action processes.
• Proven experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing facilities, site services, contractors, and building compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

We're excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an QESH & Facilities Manager with significant experience in health and safety.

About the role:

As the QESH & Facilities Manager, you'll act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance, and facilities management. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, leading audits, managing risk assessments, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.

Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to maintain regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and develop robust management systems. You ll have a hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills, helping improve performance, reduce risk and create a safe efficient and sustainable working environment.

What we're looking for in our QESH & Facilities Manager:
