Job summary

Eisai is seeking a Manager, Quality Control Operations for its EMEA Knowledge Centre in Hatfield. The role oversees QC product testing (bulk and finished) and supports QC Microbiology and Stability programmes, reporting to the Head of Quality Control.

It requires extensive GMP knowledge, strong communication, and commitment to safety. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure test lead times are met, and maintain adherence to Eisai's Quality System and industry standards within a

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, GMP, Regulatory Compliance and manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Good technical and scientific judgement.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings.
• Computer literate e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and application of GMP Guidelines and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC product testing (bulk and finished product) and support EML QC Microbiology and Stability programmes.
• Ensure testing is performed to specifications and within agreed lead times.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure near-miss/incidents are reported per procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives in QC operations.
• Ensure adherence to Eisai Quality System, GMP Guidelines and Industry Standards.
