Job summary

Eisai's EMEA Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility in Hatfield hosts a Quality Control Technical Project Manager role. The position oversees technical projects within the QC laboratory, leads a team of specialists, and manages systems like LIMS and CDS.

The role emphasizes compliance with GMP, data integrity, and equipment validation. The successful candidate will drive New Product Introduction, method transfer, and changes to ensure the QC lab remains state‑of‑the‑art.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or equivalent experience in a science discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical QC equipment and electronic systems, including qualification and validation.
• Experience leading a team of technical specialists in a QC laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical specialists in the QC laboratory.
• Oversee QC equipment and electronic systems to ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
• Lead New Product Introduction and Method Transfer activities.
• Maintain and implement a five‑year equipment replacement plan for QC labs.
• Ensure training and education of QC staff on equipment and systems.
