Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a QC department in a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in Microbiological techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as Veeva/Qualipso/Trackwise.
• Knowledge of lab management systems such as LUNA.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation and Manufacturing, and other on-site areas.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Provide technical guidance to the QC Microbiology Team and external departments.
• Execute QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, water testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen) as required.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs and pharmacopeias at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Represent QC Microbiology at cross-functional meetings.
