Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology to join the QC team in a fixed-term 12-month role. You will provide microbiology support across QA, validation and manufacturing, review documentation and batch releases, and perform QC testing including water sampling and environmental monitoring in a cGMP environment.

You will apply knowledge of microbiology, quality systems and KPIs to support continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product

Qualifications

• Experience within a QC department in a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in Microbiological techniques.
• Understands Key Performance Indicators.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. Veeva/Qualipso/Trackwise).
• Knowledge of lab management systems (e.g. LUNA).
• Be motivated and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, Qualified Persons, Validation and Manufacturing departments.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Microbiology Team and external departments.
• Execution of QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, water testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen and more).
• Compliance with cGMP and SOPs at all times.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement in the lab.
• QC Microbiology representation at cross functional meetings.
