Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology in Waterford, Ireland, on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will support QC testing, review documentation and release batches, and provide technical guidance across QA, validation and manufacturing teams.

The role involves executing microbiology testing (water sampling and environmental monitoring) and complying with cGMP. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required on a 12/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QC department in a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in Microbiological techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and lab management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, Qualified Persons, Validation and Manufacturing.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Microbiology and cross-functional teams.
• Execute QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, water testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and pharmacopeias; participate in continuous improvement.
