Job Opportunity: QC Microbiologist

CK Group is recruiting for a QC Microbiologist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary: From £12.44 per hour PAYE.

Responsibilities:

1. Microbiological testing of raw materials, stability samples, and finished products.
2. Conducting Total Viable Count (TVC), environmental monitoring, and endotoxin testing.
3. Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

Requirements:

1. Previous lab experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience with a range of microbiological techniques.
3. Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
4. Flexibility to cover potential overtime at weekends.
5. Knowledge of aseptic techniques would be advantageous.
