Job summary

The Menu Partners is seeking a highly organised Quality Control Admin to support our Technical team in a margin-driven environment. This role focuses on data accuracy, pricing insights, and ensuring compliance across contracts and communications.

You will maintain records, prepare data for internal meetings, and analyse pricing and margins to drive customer satisfaction and business performance. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and communications.
• Prepare data for internal meetings and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry standards.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills: you’re comfortable working with pricing and margins.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis).
• Strong communication skills: you can work confidently with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-moving environment.
• Commercial awareness: experience in FMCG, wholesale, or fresh produce is a big plus.
