Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire (Commutable from: Newark, Mansfield, Nottingham, Worksop, and Retford)

The Role:

• QA/QC - FOOD
• Packaging, label, temperature & chemical checks
• Compliance, reporting, CI projects, calibration of equipment
• Monitoring quality, weights and shelf life of products
• Training & developing staff
• Lab samples, traceability exercises

• Previous experience within a quality assurance / quality control role in a food factory environment
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
