Pixel Toys is seeking a QA Manager in Leamington Spa to lead the studio's QA function, defining the strategic vision and mentoring the internal QA team while sustaining a high-performance culture.

You will establish testing standards across the development lifecycle, ensuring the mobile F2P title is polished, compliant, and player-focused, with close collaboration across Engineering, Design, Art, and Production.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA leadership in mobile/F2P space.
• Mentor leads and external partners to improve quality.
• Experience implementing testing standards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy and processes.
• Oversee functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Art and Production.
• Ensure smooth App Store and Google Play submissions.
• Develop QA metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
