Pixel Toys Limited is seeking a QA Manager to lead and shape the studio’s QA function, ensuring a polished, compliant mobile F2P title across planning, development and live operations.

You will mentor distributed QA teams, drive testing standards, and collaborate across Engineering, Design, Art, and Production to deliver high-quality player experiences while expanding automated testing practices.

Qualifications

• Rich background in QA leadership within the mobile or free-to-play space.
• Proven ability to guide distributed QA teams and mentor emerging leads.
• Experience scaling automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function and define the strategic vision for quality across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Art and Production to embed quality early and throughout live ops.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration and performance testing; manage defect tracking and triage.
