Job summary

Facades Talent Group is seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance across a portfolio of façade projects, ensuring works meet project specifications, drawings and client requirements.

You will work with project managers, site teams, designers and clients to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, with qualifications such as CSWIP or CQI advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/Quality Management within façades or construction.
• Knowledge of rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, render, EWI, insulation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication with site teams and clients.
• CSWIP, CQI or ISO qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality plans and inspection procedures.
• Carry out site inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure works comply with drawings and specifications.
• Manage inspection and test plans and quality records.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Support QA continuous improvement across processes.
