Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA for a major façade remediation project in Leeds, with scope to support future schemes across the North. The role offers hybrid working, a strong, cash-rich employer, and clear progression opportunities.

You will develop and maintain QA systems, conduct site inspections and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Manager or QA lead in façade or construction.
• Strong understanding of façade systems and building regulations.
• Experience producing quality documentation and audit reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital QMS.
• Willingness to travel; daily commute to Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Leading quality assurance on a major façade remediation project in Leeds from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, inspection procedures and QA processes.
• Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews to ensure works meet project specs and client requirements.
• Managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, NCRs, snagging processes and project quality records.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and clients to maintain exceptional quality standards.
• Identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement.

• Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE

Quality Manager – Facades Job Overview

• Supporting future façade remediation projects across Leeds and the wider North.
• Occasional nationwide travel may be required, with a 10% salary bonus paid when working away from home.

Quality Manager – Facades Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Manager, QA Manager, Quality Engineer or similar within façade, cladding, fire remediation or the wider construction sector.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, quality assurance procedures, construction standards and relevant building regulations.
• Experience producing and managing quality documentation, inspection records and audit reports.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office and digital quality management systems.
• Able to commute to the Leeds project on a daily basis.
• Willingness to travel when required.
