La Fosse Associates is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own quality across software delivery. This hands-on leadership role combines QA strategy, standards and automation with matrix-based responsibility for multiple engineering teams.

You will define and drive the QA and test automation strategy, establish quality standards, grow and mentor QA staff, expand automation, reduce manual regression and ensure releases meet agreed quality standards.

Formación

• Hands-on QA/Quality Engineering expertise across the SDLC
• Experience defining and driving QA strategy and standards
• Proven ability to lead QA in a matrix organization
• Strong test automation knowledge and framework experience
• Interest in applying AI to testing and automation

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the QA and test automation strategy across multiple teams
• Establish and propagate quality standards across engineering squads
• Lead QA through a matrix management model and influence teams
• Improve and expand test automation while reducing manual regression
• Ensure releases meet agreed quality standards and measurable quality gates
• Mentor and grow QA engineers embedded in squads
• Collaborate with developers, API teams and data teams to improve testing approaches
• Explore AI-enabled testing improvements and quick wins within 90 days
