Job summary

Foundation Health is recruiting a QA Lead to establish and own the UK QA function alongside our US team. You will shape strategy, tooling, standards, and processes for AI-led product testing across agentic workflows and non-deterministic features.

You'll lead both automation with Playwright and TypeScript, plus hands-on manual testing, regression, and UAT to ensure quality throughout releases. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing AI-native platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building a QA function from ground up or major growth.
• Hands-on with AI-led product testing and non-deterministic features.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI features.
• Strong automation mindset with Playwright & TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build out QA function: strategy, process, tooling and standards.
• Design and own testing for AI-driven features and evaluation methodologies.
• Develop Playwright suites and balance with manual testing, regression and UAT.
• Set company-wide quality standards as we scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to embed quality from the start.
