Job summary

Foundation Health seeks a QA Lead to build and own the QA function for the UK, working alongside the US QA Lead. You’ll shape strategy, tooling, and processes, leading AI-driven testing across agentic workflows and LLM-based features.

You’ll personally implement Playwright and TypeScript automation while performing manual testing, regression, and UAT when required. This role demands hands-on leadership and deep technical fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience building a QA function from scratch or shaping one in early-stage projects.
• Fluency in AI testing and understanding AI-led product challenges.
• Ability to write Playwright test suites and perform hands-on testing (manual and automated).
• Comfort collaborating with Engineering and Product to embed quality from the start.

Responsibilities

• Build out QA function: strategy, process, tooling, and standards with US QA Lead.
• Design and own testing for AI-driven features and evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on automation and manual testing; regression and UAT as needed.
