Job summary

Foundation Health is building an AI-native QA practice in the UK to govern testing across agentic workflows and LLM-driven features. You’ll join alongside the US QA Lead, owning strategy, tooling, standards and processes as the function takes shape.

You’ll actively test AI-led products, ensure correct evaluation of non-deterministic behaviours, and be hands-on with Playwright automation in TypeScript while performing regression and UAT when releases require it.

Qualifications

• Experience building a QA function from the ground up or shaping one in a growing org.
• Fluency with AI-driven testing approaches and non-deterministic outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build out QA function strategy, process, tooling and standards with the US QA Lead.
• Design and own testing for AI-driven features including agentic workflows and LLM outputs.
• Hands-on automation using Playwright and TypeScript, plus hands-on manual testing, regression and UAT.
• Set company-wide quality standards and help scale QA practices across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to integrate quality into the build process.
