• Strong ability to present findings clearly to QA and wider organisation.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for initial QA appeals and respond to queries.
• Calibrate QA scoring across business lines to align service delivery.
• Manage and analyse data from multiple sources and report to senior stakeholders.
