Capital One (Europe) plc is seeking a QA Insight Specialist in Nottingham. You will analyse QA results, present findings to the QA team and wider business, and lead on improving QA outcomes.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, data interpretation, and driving change within the Risk department, with a flexible hybrid working model and opportunities for development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to review scoring, handle appeals, and calibrate QA across lines of business while

• Experience or expertise in Quality assurance with knowledge of QA scorecards and Scorebuddy.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for QA outcomes.
• Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Review and analyse QA results to provide insights to the business and present findings.
• Be the point of contact for appeals for initial statistical QA and respond to appeals.
• Review initial QA scoring and give feedback to managers on improvements.
