Capital One is seeking a QA Insight Specialist in Nottingham to lead the analysis of QA results and present insights to drive business improvements. The role involves stakeholder engagement, data management, and analysis to influence QA practices and outcomes.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced QA team, with opportunities to interact with multiple departments and contribute to performance improvements across operations in a hybrid, Nottingham-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA processes including scorecards and Scorebuddy.
• Ability to review and analyse data to provide insights to the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical reasoning.
• Willingness to adapt to new ways of working and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse Operation’s QA results to provide valuable insight to the wider business.
• Present findings to QA department and wider organisation.
• Be the point of contact for appeals for initial statistical QA; respond to appeals across operations.
• Hold calibrations for different lines of business to align service delivery.
• Manage and analyse different sources of data and report to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers to support the wider QA operation.
