Qualifications

• Strong background in STEM and engineering principles, preferably aeronautical.
• IT skills sufficient to master the tools in use and assist others.
• Jira experience desirable or willingness to learn process automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undertake a BPSS.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues from service desks and urgent customer support requests.
• Resolve issues using available documentation and growing system knowledge.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify root causes of engineering quality issues.
• Support the efficient running of Engineering processes and spot inefficiencies.
• Write new engineering processes with the help of the Quality Lead.
