Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in both manual and automation software testing or QA engineering
• Proficiency with automated test tools and API testing workflows
• Experience with accessibility and performance testing practices
• Experience working in agile digital product squads
• Understanding of the full software delivery life cycle and QA sign-off procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross-functional squad members to define and refine acceptance criteria and test scenarios
• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test suites for front-end, and API layers
• Write and maintain robust, reusable test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Conduct exploratory, performance, and accessibility testing across multiple environments
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast feedback and continuous delivery
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and report on test coverage, defects, and release readiness - utilise test data to build comprehensive reports to help continuous improvement
• Support the squad in troubleshooting and reproducing issues found in production.
• Maintain awareness of the changing security landscape, always considering levels of risk and promote the importance of following security best practices
• Stay up to date on emerging test technologies, frameworks and industry trends to drive test efficiencies and advancements within the team
