Job summary

• Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions;
• Collaborate with the team to define and refine manual and automated testing scope;
• Create automated test scripts, user documentation, and artefacts;
• Make decisions based on robust data, return on investment, and value measures;
• Enable colleagues to develop end-to-end automation testing skills;
• Undertake and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models;
• Support teams in developing quality solutions and enabling continuous integration and assurance of defect-free customer value deployment;
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

Требования

• Strong experience with Continuous Deployment practices in production environments;
• Solid grounding in modern quality engineering practices;
• Experience with Dev Containers, Playwright, and K6;
• Experience shaping quality approaches with product groups and engineering teams;
• Experience embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle through scalable, fully automated test strategies;
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues;
• Strong experience in end-to-end and automation testing using modern tooling across UI and API;
• Experience with REST, messaging, and contract testing;
• Experience operating in distributed, cloud-native environments with complex failure modes;
• Nice to have: exposure to agentic coding practices, knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures including orchestrated and choreographed patterns.
