• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities
• Influence engineering teams and challenge requirements or delivery plans where quality risks exist
• Balance delivery speed with quality, maintainability, security, and scalability
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA engineers
• Manage stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, DevOps, and delivery teams
• Translate business requirements into testable acceptance criteria
• Facilitate refinement, planning, retrospectives, and release readiness discussions
• Identify gaps in processes, tooling, environments, and automation coverage
• Promote a shared quality mindset across the team
• Document test strategies, automation standards, release risks, and quality reports
• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks
• Select tools for UI, API, integration, contract, performance, and end-to-end testing
• Design scalable, maintainable, and reliable automation suitable for CI/CD
• Reduce flaky tests and improve automation execution speed
• Define frontend test coverage across unit, component, integration, UI, and end-to-end layers
• Write or maintain automated UI tests
• Test complex user journeys, state management, routing, validation, authentication, and accessibility
• Advise on testability improvements in frontend code
• Test REST APIs, service boundaries, integrations, retries, failure modes, and resilience patterns
• Contribute to test strategy for micro-services and distributed systems
• Validate API contracts, error handling, edge cases, and integration points
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and define quality gates
• Test applications deployed to cloud-based environments
• Test caching, indexing, search accuracy, data consistency, and data migration scenarios
• Design robust test data strategies across integrated environments
• Create test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria

Требования:

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong risk-based decision-making and pragmatic trade-off skills
• Strong programming ability in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or another relevant automation language
• Deep understanding of Page Object Model, Screenplay, API client abstraction, test fixtures, reusable test data builders, and service mocks
• Good understanding of web application testing, especially Angular-based applications
• Experience testing UI behaviour, forms, validation, routing, authentication flows, and browser compatibility
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools
• Experience testing REST APIs and strong knowledge of API authentication, authorisation, routing, middleware behaviour, configuration, validation, and error handling
• Good understanding of C# and .NET application architecture
• Experience with contract testing, service virtualisation, mocking, and stubbing
• Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of configuration differences across development, test, staging, and production-like environments
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes from a testing and deployment perspective
• Strong SQL skills for test data setup, validation, and investigation
• Experience testing systems that use Redis, Elasticsearch, or other NoSQL technologies
• Strong understanding of boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, exploratory testing, Agile delivery, Scrum, and Kanban
• Nice to have: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, REST‑assured-style frameworks, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, AWS pipelines, and Angular
