Responsibilities

• Разработка, выполнение и поддержка ручных и автоматизированных тестов для веб и мобильных приложений.
• Участие в поддержке CI/CD через автоматизацию тестирования.
• Проведение функционального, регресcионного и API тестирования.
• Документирование дефектов и отслеживание их до закрытия.
• Работа в рамках скрам-процессов и планирования спринтов в Jira.
• Сотрудничество с глобальными командами разработки, продукта и дизайна.
• Помощь операционному отделу с вопросами и эмуляцией проблем клиентов.

Описание: Reset Health is a growing digital health organisation expanding its technical team across multiple geographies to enhance its product for international markets.

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and native smartphone applications across all markets;
• Apply AI tools responsibly while maintaining full oversight;
• Build and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline;
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing;
• Document and track defects through to resolution;
• Plan tests, conduct peer reviews of test cases, and maintain traceability between requirements and tests;
• Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, refinement, sub-tasking, and story point estimation in Jira;
• Collaborate with global development, product, and design teams to raise quality issues early;
• Assist the operations team with technical questions and customer issue reproduction.

• Degree in Computer Science or a STEM subject, or equivalent practical experience;
• Commercial QA/testing experience with web applications and native mobile apps;
• Experience designing and executing manual test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing;
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium;
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman;
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and Git;
• Experience integrating automated tests into a CI/CD pipeline;
• Understanding of defect lifecycle management and clear, reproducible bug reporting;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, including async collaboration across time zones and cultures;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA;
• Strong motivation to learn and improve;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: WCAG accessibility standards and accessibility testing, regulated healthcare software development, ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO13485, performance or load testing with JMeter or k6, JavaScript/TypeScript, shared test-automation frameworks or component libraries, translating designs and requirements into testable acceptance criteria, quality standards during code and test reviews, Docker.
