Qualifications

• Старший уровень опыта в разработке enterprise‑софтверной инженерии с упором на банковские и финансовые системы.
• Глубокие знания Java, Spring Boot и современных паттернов устойчивого проектирования сервисов.
• Опыт работы с Apache Kafka и архитектурами, основанными на событиях.
• Опыт практической реализации CI/CD, облачных paradigms и автоматизации как основного принципа.
• Опыт проектирования RESTful API с версионированием, наблюдаемостью и совместимостью.
• Опыт распределенных облачных сред и устойчивого к ошибкам кода.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, тестировать и внедрять распределенное ПО на протяжении всего цикла разработки.
• Участвовать в создании и поддержке банковской платформы в реальном времени.
• Применять Agile‑методологии для управления бэклогом и архитектурой.
• Строить и разворачивать микроуслуги на Java/Spring Boot с высокой доступностью.
• Обеспечивать автоматизацию сборки, тестирования и поставки ПО.

• Design, produce, test, and implement robust, scalable, and resilient distributed software across the entire development lifecycle;
• Contribute to building and maintaining a modern real-time banking platform, delivering business value aligned with product outcomes;
• Apply Agile methods to manage and develop software backlog items, ensuring long-lived and flexible application design;
• Build event-driven microservices using Spring Boot and Kafka, prioritizing high availability, low latency, and operational excellence;
• Implement continuous build, test, and deployment automation using executable patterns to streamline software delivery;
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Domain Architects, and key stakeholders to align technical architecture with business objectives;
• Formulate emergent design through innovative ideas, experimentation, and rapid technical prototyping;
• Coach and mentor other engineers to foster technical capability and continuous engineering growth across the team.

• Senior-level experience in enterprise software engineering focused on high-throughput, real-time banking and financial systems;
• Strong proficiency in core Java development, Spring Boot microservices, and modern resilient service design patterns;
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures, including orchestrated and choreographed patterns;
• Proven experience with Continuous Deployment practices, cloud-native operational paradigms, and automation as a core engineering principle;
• Solid background in designing and operating scalable RESTful APIs, including versioning, monitoring, observability, and forward/backward compatibility;
• Practical experience in distributed, cloud-native environments, handling complex failure modes and applying defensive coding techniques;
• Strong understanding of resilient software engineering, intentional architecture, emergent design, and test/deployment automation;
• Strong team player with a mindset for continuous learning, technical excellence, and mentoring fellow engineers;
• Nice to have: experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments such as Utilities.
