Job summary

SRG in Central Scotland is seeking a QA Compliance Officer to support governance and compliance of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (PQS). The role ensures regulatory adherence across UK/EU/US GMP/GDP and ICH standards, with on-site duties at the Scotland site.

The successful candidate will maintain QMS documentation, support audits, CAPA, and drive improvements across the site while collaborating with multiple functions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific, business, or engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years’ QA experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience conducting internal or supplier audits.
• Experience with QMS documentation (SOPs, deviations, investigations, CAPA).
• Certified Auditor training is desirable.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS monitoring and supplier qualification.
• Assist in maintaining regulatory registrations, licences and certifications.
• Track site compliance commitments and regulatory trends.
• Collaborate with site functions to reduce compliance issues and implement improvements.
• Review QMS documentation per global regulatory guidance.
• Lead Quality Management Review meetings.
• Support investigations and CAPA development.
• Prepare for regulatory and customer audits and assist post-audit follow-up.
• Escalate significant compliance concerns to Quality Management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
