Job summary

SRG is seeking a meticulous QA Officer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing QA team. The role focuses on maintaining GMP/GLP compliance, conducting audits, and ensuring patient safety through robust quality systems.

You will review batch records, support inspections, and drive CAPA initiatives while collaborating with Production, QC and R&D to resolve quality issues and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related scientific field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in QA within pharmaceuticals or regulated industry.
• Strong GMP knowledge; MHRA/FDA experience is a plus.
• Experience with QMS and document control.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks on manufacturing processes, materials, and products against GMP/GLP.
• Lead internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Review and approve batch records, packaging, and data for compliance.
• Investigate deviations and CAPAs to root causes.
• Maintain QMS documentation and risk assessments.
• Support change control and product quality reviews.
• Provide training on quality systems and GMP.
• Collaborate with Production, QC and R&D to resolve issues.
• Prepare quality trend reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regs.
