Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigations including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Handle customer complaints and regulatory questions.
• Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Approve suppliers and starting materials using a risk-based approach.
• Prepare, approve and distribute SOPs and GMP documents.
• Arrange export certificates and traceability for animal-origin products.
