Job summary

E-Solutions in Bristol is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI, and to develop model-based, end-to-end test suites across web, desktop, and integrated environments.

You will integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), manage artifacts and governance, and work closely with DevOps to improve delivery quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with artifact lifecycle and repository management.
• Knowledge of dependency and package governance.
• Experience with vulnerability and license compliance scanning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.
• Develop model-based, end-to-end, regression, integration, and system-level test suites.
• Execute cross-platform validation across web, desktop, and integrated environments.
• Perform functional, API, integration, and system testing to validate quality and reliability.
• Analyze test results and generate actionable quality metrics and insights.
• Participate in test planning, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release-quality gates.
• Collaborate with development, release, and deployment teams to improve delivery quality.
