Job summary

Harnham in London is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to own automation testing across a modern web platform. You will design and implement scalable UI and API test suites, working closely with engineers, product teams, and QA professionals in a hybrid, London-based setup.

The role emphasizes building new automation frameworks, driving AI-enhanced testing, and improving testability across microservices while participating in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have strong automation testing background with Java/Kotlin
• Experience designing and implementing UI and API test suites
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated testing frameworks from scratch
• Develop automated UI and API tests to improve product quality
• Test frontend and backend components and data flows
• Support regression testing for platform enhancements and integrations
• Create scalable automation solutions reducing manual testing
• Promote AI adoption within testing lifecycle to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability
