Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites for web applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java, JUnit or TestNG, and a Page Object Model framework.

You will own end-to-end testing within Agile or Kanban teams, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, analyze defects, and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to improve product quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA automation testing
• Hands-on with Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Experience with JUnit or TestNG
• Familiarity with Page Object Model design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test execution in pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
• Own end-to-end automation testing for Agile/Kanban projects
• Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks and data solutions
• Create and run automated regression, smoke, functional, and integration tests
• Manage automation in CI/CD pipelines for release decisions
• Analyze results, identify root causes, and log defects
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Review automation code and ensure coding standards and maintainable design
